Boating is our passion.

Captain Karl Weber

100 Ton Master with Sail Endorsement

I have always had a love for boats and the ocean.  Our family owned boats when I was growing up.  Two of my uncles are boaters.  One owned a sailboat he kept in Marsh Harbour in the Bahamas my whole childhood.  He taught me how to sail on a sunfish when I was a teenager.  Several times our family rented sailboats to cruise in the US and British Virgin Islands.  I became a professional mariner in 2010.  I started out driving boats to take people scuba diving and snorkeling.  Delivering boats has given me the opportunity to travel to many new places.  I’ve met lots of wonderful people and made many new friends.  I love what I do and can’t wait to see where my next delivery takes me!

Captain Jeremy Vaught

50 Ton Master with Sail Endorsement

Jeremy began sailing on Perdido Bay at the age of ten years old and has been captivated by the ocean’s charm ever since. He holds a USCG 50 Ton Master’s certification and has sailed from Galveston, TX to Cape Cod to the Caribbean pursuing his passion as a delivery captain. His skills don’t stop at driving the boat. He’s also adept with mechanical and electrical systems on board and prides himself on being able to resolve most issues while underway.

Bruce and Kelly LaFollette

Bruce and Kelly have completed deliveries along the Intracoastal Waterway, offshore North Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea to and from the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean’s British Virgin Islands. Bruce holds an OUPV license and has completed his 100t certification. Kelly has worked as a deckhand and mate since 2016. The couple learned to sail in California nearly ten years ago exploring Southern California on their Catalina 27. Family brought them back to the East Coast, and they began working at Miami Beach Marina for The Moorings and private charters. Yet it was the America’s Cup Delivery to Bermuda where Bruce decided that the deep blue offshore waters were calling. Kelly has had an interest in the sea since a young age and as an artist, it has often become the subject of her growing body of work on stillness and speed. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Fine Arts and also offers photo and video work for client deliveries. Together Bruce and Kelly are a caring and professional team that will look after a vessel with attention to detail ensuring a safe journey.

Greig Martin

100 Ton Master with Tow Endorsement

I have been a captain since June 2014. My expertise at that time was mainly focused on the inland rivers and waterways system, specifically on the Mississippi River, as I was a captain with Towboat U.S. in the Alton, Illinois, area. In 2016 I moved to Key Largo to captain a private snorkel boat for Pennekamp State Park and continued with them until August of 2017. In addition to my experience at Pennekamp, I have previously worked for Seatow Key Largo, and I'm currently with Seatow Islamorada. I also work with Conch Republic Divers in Islamorada, where I regularly operate both of their vessels: a 30-foot Island Hopper and a 46-foot Twin Engine Newton.
